DAY 1: discover the authentic, historic and multicultural Santiago by bike
9:30am: Meet your guide in LORETO 6, our bike base to begin your adventure. This tour is all about exploring the less touristy areas such as the bohemian streets of Bellavista, followed by a full-on sensory experience of flavors, textures and colors in Santiago’s renowned food markets.
12:30pm: Lunch break. Be sure to ask our guides for some awesome recommendations around the city based on your taste!
2:30pm: Once your food is fully digested you will discover the wonders of Santiago that have shaped Chilean society. We’ll discuss important recent history about the Pinochet regime outside La Moneda. All this and still allowing time to see the main sites downtown and enjoying the parklife while learning a bunch of fun facts!
DAY 2: biking and drinking wine: the perfect combination
9:00am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or 10am (Tuesday, Thursday): Meet your green guide in front of las Majadas de Pirque, an impressive 19th Century mansion located just outside Santiago. Click HERE to find how to get to Maipo Valley from Santiago.

Get on your bike for a 1 to 1.5 hours ride through beautiful Maipo Valley, heading to a family owned vineyard, William Fevre. Learn all about the century-old vines, the grape varieties, the valley and its unique terroir.
End the tour in the winery and discover the vinification cellars, storage, and bottling process, before a long-awaited tasting of 4 different wines!

The only thing you need is an ID or a passport, that you will leave us as a deposit for the bike. Our green team will be more than happy to give you all the best recommendations! If you are an enthusiast cyclist, ask for a mountain bike and head to the top of Cerro San Cristobal and its great view. For a more relaxed afternoon, roam the many bicycle paths in the bustle and colorful capital.

DAY 3: discover Valparaíso

Delve into the politics, food, graffiti, social reality and of course the brothels of the port city. This tour of world heritage sight Valparaiso, is designed to show you the city’s “offbeat” side.
1pm: Lunch break. Again, don’t hesitate to ask our guides for some awesome recommendations around the city based on your taste!
3pm: Back to Plaza Sotomayor for the second part of the tour. We will lead you around not only enhancing your sense of direction but filling you with our knowledge and wisdom. Get ready to explore the hills, admire the amazing graffiti walls of Valparaiso and take local public transportation!

Moderate activity level: in Santiago, be confident on the streets with your bike. In Valparaíso, be careful on the rocky streets -- take care of your hips and knees!
