Private Tour

Discover Chile's History

Visit Santiago's General Cemetery

On this tour you’ll see many of the different and the most important sights for the events that affected Chile during the government of Salvador Allende and the Dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet, showing you the causes and effects of this period of time in Chilean society today.

Santiago struggles with pollution, so biking STGO is a greener and more efficient way to enjoy the city. Tonight you are the engine to your bicycle, leaving only green wheel prints behind. Our goal is to see sites unreachable by bus and share our personal experience of Chile’s culture and history. Our guides are bilingual, love STGO, and do not deliver generic, scripted tours! We refuse to be that ‘Same Tour, Different City’ tour company. We tell guide applicants to explain why they LOVE Santiago… if they can’t, we won’t interview them! Our aim is to inspire you to opt for bike tours and eco-friendly options wherever you go. If you’re still not convinced by this tour that’s ok, we got maaaad references. Check us out on TripAdvisor.
