The World Cup is over but there is still fútbol! The Museo de la Moda has a special exhibition of objects and uniforms from previous tournaments, famous players, and teams of the past 90 years. There are cleats, jerseys, and souvenirs used by the greats like Pelé, Maradona and Beckenbauer, among others. If fútbol isn’t for you, there is the permanent exhibition of the most famous designers of the 20th century, featuring accessories and pieces of clothing worn by Madonna, John Lennon, Michael Jackson and Lady Di. If you arrive hungry, you can stop in the museum café for a lunch or to enjoy there sweets or sandwiches.

Love is in the Air !
Find your soulmate and grab them by the hand for the Santiago arrival of the International Love Film Festival (Festival International du Film d’Amour de Mons). This event, which happens every year in Belgium, comes for the first time to Chile with a great selection of films beginning Tuesday the 22 with “De tu ventana a la mía” (España) and continuing on Wednesday the 23 with “Brasserie Romanteek” (Bélgica), Thursday the 24 with “La Playa DC” (Colombia), Friday the 25 with “The Value of time” (España) and Saturday the 26 with “Free Fall” (Alemania).

Santiago to the rhythm of Jazz
The best of Chilean blues comes together this weekend in Bar Grez with two days of pure rhythm and jam sessions. Friday the 18 there is a Jam Blues Session to celebrate 5 years of life for the bar with the band La Chimba Blues and continues with Alejando “Flaco” Artigas and other talented guests. Saturday the 19 will feature Pancho Blues Cartagena and Filántropos.

Bike through a century-old vineyard, in the middle of the city!
Wine, bikes, and all very close to Santiago! You can arrive at the very old winery viña Cousiño Macul using the Metro and can easily cycle through the vineyard. Learn how the wine is made today and in the past, continue through the ancient gardens and the house of the founders, and don’t forget to take a bicycle to pedal through the vineyard. Finally, try a selection of their excellent wines of course!
