Deposits and Reservations |

Due to last minute cancelations and a high demand for bike rentals, PLEASE NOTE that a 50% deposit is required for any reservation made for our standard mountain bike or elite mountain bike. You can pay with any major credit card via PayPal by clicking on THIS LINK.
If you would like us to confirm the total of the rental, just make your reservation here and we will confirm the price before you pay. If you prefer to make a deposit to our bank account in Chile or in person, just let us know in the comments section below.
If you prefer to take your chances, feel free to stop by the office any day between 9:30am and 6pm or call beforehand at the number at the bottom of this webpage. |

Cancelations and refunds ? |
| | If you reserve a bike and make a deposit, but then want to cancel for personal reasons or for bad weather, La Bicicleta Verde will return 100% of the deposit for all cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the agreed pick-up time. Any cancelation made within 24 hours of the schedule pick-up or delivery will not receive a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have a high demand for rentals. |

We have one main office downtown where you can stop in and rent a bike any day between 9am and 6pm. It is highly recommended to at least call ahead to make sure we have the bike you are looking for. This main office is located at Avenida Santa Maria 227. Office number 12. Recoleta is the neighborhood. |
| | | Rental Requirements |
| | All bike rentals require an identification card (either a copy of your passport or original national ID). For all mountain bike rentals, the original passport and a credit card are required for obvious security reasons. Sorry, no exceptions can be made. |

Drop-off and Pick-up Services: |
| | If you are in town for a short period of time and want us to deliver the bikes to your hotel and then pick them up at a certain time, just let us know. Delivery to your hotel can be arranged for an additional price and subject to personnel availability and time of day. We are a small business, so please make a 24 hour prior reservation with us to guarantee timely deliveries.
Delivery prices are based on distance for the most part, due to the fact that our staff will often be riding the bike for the drop-off or pick-up.
Rental of 2-4 bikes will have a reduced delivery price of 50% per bike. (e.g. Two bikes for one way delivery to Las Condes will have a cost of 12,000 + 6,000 CLP).

We have SPD pedals for the serious bikers, child seats for parents, gloves when it is cold. We can send you out with an extra tubes, make prior adjustments or accommodate early pickups or late night returns.
What comes with the bike. All bikes come with helmets and, depending on availability, locks as well. |
